Teen Murder Shock in Huddersfield
The Homicide and Major Enquiry Team is hunting for anyone who knew Sebastian Kalinowski, 15, the Polish teen found dead in Huddersfield on Friday, August 13.
Who Was Sebastian?
Officers say Sebastian had only recently arrived in the UK. He spoke little English and had few social contacts, making it tough to piece together his life here.
Detective Chief Inspector Tony Nicholson said: “We’re keen to hear from anyone who knew Sebastian or can tell us about his movements and lifestyle. He was just settling into life here.”
Two Charged with Murder
Agnieszka Kalinowska, 34, and Andrezej Latoszewski, 37, both from Leeds Road, Huddersfield, appeared at Leeds Magistrates’ Court today (August 16) charged with Sebastian’s murder.
Police were called to a property on Leeds Road after Sebastian was found unconscious by paramedics. Despite emergency treatment, he sadly died. Investigations revealed multiple injuries on the teenager.
