Terrifying Machete Attack Near Wycombe Court
Thames Valley Police launch urgent hunt for two teenage thugs after a 19-year-old man was viciously stabbed in High Wycombe this morning.
Victim Chased and Attacked with Large Knife
At around 11:15am on 7th September, the victim was chased along Easton Street by two masked teens. The pair caught him near Wycombe Magistrates’ Court, where he was slashed with what police believe was a machete or sword.
The injured 19-year-old was rushed to hospital and remains under treatment.
Suspects Described: Two Masked Teen Boys
- Both offenders estimated to be around 16 years old
- Wearing face coverings to hide their identities
- First suspect: dark gilet over hoodie, navy tracksuit bottoms
- Second suspect: dark puffa jacket, dark tracksuit bottoms
Investigation Underway – Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
“We believe this was a targeted attack with no wider risk to the public,” said Detective Inspector Gill Fox, Wycombe CID.
Fox thanked locals for their patience after a scene-watch inside the court was lifted and reassured that extra patrols will continue in the area while detectives probe the shocking attack.
