Man Charged with Murder After Body Found in Walthamstow Park

Detectives have charged a 42-year-old man following the discovery of Yassar Mustakim Moussa’s body in St James Park, Walthamstow.

Richard Hand Arrested for Murder

Richard Hand, from 1 Way, E17, was charged with murder late on Sunday, 30 August.

Next Court Appearance Scheduled

Hand is set to appear in custody at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 31 August.
