Police Commit to Keeping Knives Off the Streets
“Proactive stop and searches like this are a key tactic we use daily,” said Sergeant Jonny Groves of Nottinghamshire’s county knife crime team.
“While we’re always on the lookout for those involved in all crime, taking knives off the streets is our primary goal. We’re pleased to have made an impact on this occasion.”
