Finsbury Park Murder: Victim Named as 20-Year-Old Kawsi Anim-Boadu
Detectives have identified the young man fatally stabbed in Finsbury Park. The victim, 20-year-old Kawsi Anim-Boadu, was found injured in Roth Walk early on Saturday, 21 April.
Stabbing Shocks Finsbury Park
Police and London’s Air Ambulance rushed to Seven Sisters Road at around 3am after the London Ambulance Service reported a stabbing. A 21-year-old man was also found wounded nearby.
Despite emergency efforts, Kawsi was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:43am. His family has been informed.
Suspects in Custody Amid Ongoing Investigation
A post-mortem confirmed Kawsi died from multiple stab wounds. A 21-year-old man was charged with possessing an offensive weapon and appeared in court on 23 April.
Meanwhile, a 27-year-old man was arrested after attending a central London police station on 25 April and has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are urging anyone who witnessed the attack to come forward.
