Man Charged with Stalking After Disturbing Woman in Dartford
Kevin Downing, 57, was hit with a stalking charge on 28 October 2020.
Kent Police Act After Distress Report
Officers launched an investigation after a woman from Dartford reported that Downing’s behaviour between 9 and 26 October caused her serious alarm and distress.
Arrest and Recall to Prison
Downing was arrested on 27 October. He was charged the next day and immediately recalled to prison.
He is set to appear before magistrates soon, with the exact date yet to be confirmed.
