On June 8, officers on patrol at Trinity Trees, Eastbourne, spotted a man passing drugs to a group of people—not once, but twice. Police quickly moved in and stopped 24-year-old Kieran Martin around 5 pm for a search.

The stop-search revealed drugs, cash, and a large knife on Martin, a local from St Martins Crescent, South Heighton. The discovery led to immediate charges.
Martin Pleads Guilty and Faces Heavy Jail Time
Martin was charged with possession of a knife in public, supplying Class A drugs, and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. At Lewes Crown Court on July 8, he admitted all charges and was slammed with a hefty sentence of five years and seven months behind bars.
