Healthcare Thieves Jailed for Preying on the Terminally Ill

Two heartless women have been locked up for five years each after targeting at least 25 homes from December 2020 to August 2021. Posing as nurses, they stole morphine and other painkillers from end-of-life care packages across Thanet, canterbury/" title="Canterbury" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, and Faversham.

Detectives pieced together CCTV footage and phone records to place these fraudsters at the scene.

Serial Burglar Nabbed After Stealing Luxury Rides and Watches

A career criminal who broke into 17 homes across Gillingham, Rochester, Higham, Gravesend, and Shorne has been handed a hefty nine years and two months behind bars. He made off with sports cars from Porsche, Audi, and Jaguar, plus a posh Rolex watch.

  • A 17-year-old youth remanded in custody for robbing an e-scooter and jacket at knifepoint in Canterbury.
