Detectives are hunting three masked thugs who forced their way into a Nettlestead house near Maidstone, leaving the resident battered and bruised.
Man Attacked with Hammers During Violent Raid
The terrifying ordeal unfolded at around 10:30pm on Monday 14 September 2020. The trio, armed with hammers, stormed the property on Maidstone Road, demanding money and valuables. The victim was immediately assaulted but managed to escape outside and alert neighbours.
Suspects Flee in Dark Vehicle After Raid
The attackers bolted down Bishops Close before jumping into a dark-coloured car and speeding off. Emergency services raced to the scene, treating the victim at hospital before his release.
Police Appeal for Dashcam and CCTV Footage
Lead by the Chief Constable’s Crime Squad, Kent Police urge anyone with dashcam, CCTV, or doorbell camera footage from the area to come forward. The suspects are described as white males in dark hoodies, with scarves covering their faces.
