Teen Arrested After Woman Sexually Assaulted on River Path
Kent Police are hunting for answers after a woman was sexually assaulted on a river pathway near Beaver Road between 8:25pm and 9pm last Friday, 24 January 2025.
CCTV and Witnesses Under Scrutiny
Officers have been combing through CCTV footage and speaking to witnesses in the area as part of their urgent inquiries. They are desperate for anyone with information to come forward.
17-Year-Old Boy Arrested on Suspicion of Rape
On Monday evening, 27 January, police arrested a 17-year-old boy from Romney Marsh on suspicion of rape. He remains in custody as the investigation continues.
