Teen Arrested Over Fatal Dagenham Stabbing

Detectives have arrested a 15-year-old boy on suspicion of murder following a deadly stabbing near Dagenham Heathway tube station.

Knife Chaos Near Tube Station

Police were called at 11.47pm on Friday, 5 May after reports of men wielding machetes in the area. The violent incident sparked a swift response from officers and emergency services.

Suspect in Custody, Others Released

The teenage suspect was detained in Essex and remains held on suspicion of murder. He is also being questioned over a separate violent disorder offence.

A 20-year-old man, initially arrested on suspicion of murder, has been released without charges but remains on bail for violent disorder.
