Shock Crash in Swindon Leaves Woman in Her 80s with Life-Changing Injuries
Police are hunting witnesses after a three-vehicle crash on Drakes Way, Swindon, on Monday afternoon (24/04).
Van Cuts Up Car, Causes Collision on Roundabout
At just after 4.30pm, a black Hyundai i10 was heading along Queens Drive and entered the roundabout. A blue van allegedly cut sharply in front of it, forcing the Hyundai off the roundabout onto a concrete area. The car then crashed into a white Ford Transit van waiting to join the roundabout.
Victim in Hospital, Police Seek Witnesses
An elderly woman in her 80s was seriously injured in the smash and is now receiving life-changing injury treatment in hospital.
