92-Year-Old Left Critical After Horror Crash at North Yorkshire Crossroads
A serious crash at a busy Moor Lane junction has left a 92-year-old woman fighting for her life. The smash happened just after 8pm on Saturday, 28 May 2022.
Jeep Cherokee and VW T-Cross Collide at Spring Road Junction
Police say a navy Jeep Cherokee heading down Moor Lane towards Spring Road crashed into a blue Volkswagen T-Cross travelling east to west along Spring Road. The impact severely injured the elderly passenger, who remains in critical condition in hospital. The driver of one vehicle also suffered injuries.
Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Officers urge anyone who saw either vehicle before the crash or was driving nearby to come forward urgently. Drivers with dashcam footage from the area around the time of the collision should review it and get in touch.
