Two Men Shot Dead in Brixton Moped and Car Gun Battle
Brutal gunfire erupted on Railton Road, Brixton, as two men were fatally shot on Sunday night, October 30. Witnesses report a hail of 12 shots fired in a fierce exchange between armed men on a moped and occupants of a car just before 8pm.
Emergency Services Race to Scene
The Metropolitan Police were called at 7:50pm following reports of gunshots on the residential street. Armed officers, London Ambulance Service, and the London Air Ambulance promptly responded. At the scene, paramedics found two men critically injured. Despite desperate lifesaving attempts, both were pronounced dead.
One victim has been identified as drill rapper PREM. Police are yet to notify next of kin and await formal ID and post-mortem results.
Crime Scene Lockdown and Investigation Underway
Police have sealed off a number of local roads around Railton Road. Officers have set up multiple crime scenes and deployed a heavy police presence, urging locals to share any information.

Local resident Sebastian Morrison, who stumbled upon the aftermath while walking nearby, told MyLondon: “I’m not a direct witness, but locals said there were 12 shots fired. A moped and a car exchanged gunfire. The car crashed right at the scene.”
