Urgent Appeal: Missing Teen Riley Vanishes in Carlisle
Police are on high alert after Riley disappeared from the Raffle Avenue area in Carlisle at around 9am today (April 28).
Who Is Riley?
- Slim build
- 5ft tall
- Dark brown hair, short on the sides, longer on top
What He Was Wearing
- Black tracksuit bottoms and top
- Green or pink t-shirt
- Black trainers
- Carrying a small black/blue man bag

Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101 immediately. Officers also appeal directly to Riley to get in touch if he sees this message.
