Teen Stabbed in Tolworth Shocker
A teenager was rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the back in Tolworth early Saturday morning.
Quick Police Response in Tolworth Broadway
At 2.20am on January 25, the Metropolitan Police were called to Tolworth Broadway in Surbiton following reports of a stabbing. Paramedics from the Ambulance Service found the victim had a small stab wound to his back.
Victim Treated and Released
The teen received treatment at the scene before being taken to hospital. Luckily, the wound was minor, and he was discharged shortly after.
“He sustained a small stab wound to his back and has since been discharged from hospital,” police confirmed.
Road Disruptions Follow Incident
Tolworth Broadway was partially closed during the emergency. Transport for London tweeted:
“A240 Tolworth Broadway between Tolworth Roundabout and Oakleigh Way, lane one (of two) closed in each direction due to an emergency services incident.
