Chaos erupted in Handsworth, Birmingham after a stabbing on Soho Road left one dead and two seriously injured in the early hours.
Fatal Stabbing Sparks Murder Probe
At 3.17am, paramedics rushed to the scene following reports of a stabbing. West Midlands Ambulance Service deployed three ambulances, two paramedic officers, a MERIT trauma doctor, and a critical care paramedic.
A spokeswoman said: “On arrival, crews found one person in a critical condition. They provided advanced life support and rushed the victim to hospital, but sadly, the patient later died.”
Two Others Fighting for Life
Besides the fatality, two other victims sustained serious injuries. Ambulance staff treated both at the scene before taking them to hospital for urgent care.
Police Launch Murder Investigation
Authorities have launched a full murder investigation following the fatal stabbing. No arrests have been confirmed yet as officers continue their inquiries.
