Teenager Fatally Stabbed in Croydon Sparks Murder Probe

A 17-year-old boy was stabbed to death in south London on Sunday night, prompting a murder investigation.

Fatal Attack in North End, Croydon

Police were called to reports of a seriously injured male at around 7pm on 29 October in North End, Croydon. Officers found the teenager with severe stab wounds. Despite administering first aid, paramedics declared him dead at the scene.

Police Launch Homicide Investigation

The victim’s identity is believed to be known, and efforts are ongoing to notify next of kin. A post-mortem will be conducted in due course. Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command, alongside Croydon officers, are leading the enquiry. Crime scene cordons remain in place.

Calls for Information

No arrests have been made so far. Police urge anyone with information to come forward by calling 101 or tweeting @MetCC. Tips can also be given anonymously via Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111 or crimestoppers-uk.org.
