Two prized motocross bikes stolen in daring early-morning raid in Swindon

Bikers’ prized machines swiped from metal container

Two motocross bikes were snatched from a metal storage container at a property on Cumberland Road in the dead of night on Monday (18/04).

The stolen rides are a grey and white Husqvarna TC 125 cc and a blue and white Husqvarna FC 250 cc – both highly sought-after models.

Snatch caught on CCTV – police hunt witnesses

PC Teresa Herbert from the local police team revealed: “We’ve reviewed CCTV showing the bikes being taken around 3.45am. They were ridden out along Burford Avenue and onto Norton Grove.”

“We want to hear from anyone who might have heard the bikes roaring away, or seen them offered for sale since the theft.”
