Daylight Brawl Sparks Hunt for Suspect in Lewisham
Emergency services rushed to Parkside Avenue at 12.10pm on October 28 following reports of a violent fight and an injured man. The victim fled the scene in a car but stopped on Lewisham High Road, where a passing paramedic was flagged down.
Victim Hurt but Stable After Shocking Daytime Attack
Thankfully, the injured man’s condition was later confirmed as neither life-threatening nor life-changing. Despite this, police say the victim was critically hurt and spent some time in hospital.
Police Release CCTV Footage, Plead for Witnesses
Detective Constable Victor Iyalla urged the public to help track down a suspect seen near Parkside Square at the time of the attack. “Violence on our streets is not acceptable,” he warned. “If you have any information that could assist us in identifying this man, please contact us immediately.”
