In the early hours of Friday 21 April, thieves struck at a property on Nunn Brook Road, Huthwaite, making off with a rare batch of biofuel. The audacious raid has left the local business reeling.
Police Zero In on White Lorry with Blue Trailer
Officers are urgently tracking a white lorry with a blue open-sided trailer spotted lingering in the area for over two hours before speeding off around 3:30am. Cops believe this vehicle is key to cracking the case.
Dashcam Drivers Urged to Come Forward
Nottinghamshire Police are appealing to motorists to check any dashcam footage from the area during that time. PC Scott Lane said:
“This was a brazen and extremely costly theft that caused significant inconvenience to a local business. We are determined to catch whoever is responsible and need the public’s help tracing this lorry, seen on CCTV. If you saw it, we want to hear from you.”
