Woman Attacked from Behind in Broad Daylight in Portsmouth
Police are hunting witnesses after a 27-year-old woman was assaulted while walking along Burrfields Road, Copnor, at 9am on October 19.
Victim Suffers Facial Injuries
The woman was approached from behind and attacked, leaving her with facial injuries that required hospital treatment.
Not a Random Attack, Police Say
Officers believe this was an isolated incident and not a random mugging. They are keen to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity or anyone loitering around before the assault.
