Army Stormer Vehicle Skids off the A3 near Clanfield after Hitting Black Ice

A3 Clanfield,Hampshire Thursday 30th November 2017. Officers from Hampshire Roads Policing had to closed the Southbound carriage way of the A3 in Hampshire to assist the British Army in recovery a Stormer Vehicle. The Stormer is understood to have sided off the A3 into a nearby layby.
