Emergency services rushed to New Southgate Railway Station on Pinkham Way, north London, late Wednesday evening after a person was struck by a train, prompting a major response and disruption to services.
The incident was reported at approximately 10:50pm on 9 April 2025. Multiple emergency response units were deployed, including British Transport Police, paramedics, and incident response teams.

A British Transport Police (BTP) spokesperson said:
