Tragic Crash in Gomshall: One Dead After Horror Collision
Surrey Police are hunting witnesses following a fatal smash on the A25 in Gomshall this Friday afternoon.
Deadly Crash on A25 Shere Road
The horror unfolded around 4.25pm at the junction of Shere Road and Gomshall Lane. A motorbike slammed into a blue Peugeot 206 and a red Volkswagen Polo.
Tragically, the male rider died at the scene. Fortunately, no one else was hurt.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance Service, including the HEMS air ambulance, scrambled to the crash site. The area remains a chaos zone with multiple road closures.
Road Closures and Diversions Hit Drivers
- The A25 Shere Road is shut near Gomshall Lane.
- Junctions at Upper Street, Queen Street, Sherborne Road, and Felday Road are also blocked.
- Diversions are in place but expect delays as investigators comb the scene.
