South London is buzzing as the City Splash Festival makes its grand return to Brockwell Park on Monday, May 27. With over 60 artists confirmed, this vibrant event promises an unstoppable celebration of Caribbean and African culture across seven lively stages.
Reggae Royalty and Dancehall Stars Take Centre Stage
Leading the charge is Grammy-nominated Jamaican reggae and dancehall legend Capleton. Known for his electrifying performances, Capleton headlines alongside dancehall heavyweights Beenie Man and the sensational Shenseea. Jamaican hitmaker Busy Signal, famous for tracks like ‘Stay So’, rounds out the top-tier lineup.
Diverse Sounds from Afrobeats to Dubstep
Festival-goers can catch Billboard-nominated Cameroonian-American singer Libianca and the iconic dub sound pioneers Channel One. Fans of bass-heavy beats won’t be disappointed with sets from Iration Steppas, Rampage Sound, Saxon Sound, Shy FX, and Rage MC, the ex-frontman of Chase & Status.

Set in Brixton—the beating heart of UK’s Caribbean culture—the event also boasts over 45 Black-owned food stalls partnered with Black Eats LDN. Attendees can indulge in authentic flavours, browse a creative market, and take part in eye-opening panel talks.
