Runners Battle Hills and Furious Winds
Hundreds of runners hit the streets of Eastbourne today for the grueling half marathon. The course was no walk in the park – steep hills and gusty winds pushed competitors to their limits. But with roaring crowds spurring them on, the determined athletes powered through.
Dan Lawson and Alison Moore Claim Victory
Crossing the finish line first, it was Dan Lawson who took the crown with a blistering time of 1:15:02. Not far behind, Alison Moore dominated the women’s race, finishing strong in 1:29:24.
