Dartford Drug Bust: Cocaine and Cannabis Haul Uncovered
A routine stop in Dartford has exploded into a major drug seizure and cannabis farm discovery in nearby Chatham.
Busted on Princes Road
Kent Police pulled over a silver BMW 320 at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, 27 July 2021. Officers suspected the vehicle was uninsured and untaxed.
What they found was shocking: nine wraps of cocaine, 38 deal-ready bags of cannabis, two mobile phones, and a stash of cash.
Cannabis Plantation Found in Chatham
The investigation didn’t stop there. A search of a Chatham property in Phoenix Mews revealed a cannabis grow-op with 27 plants tucked away in a first-floor bedroom.
Man Arrested, Enquiries Ongoing
A 43-year-old local man has been arrested and remains in custody as police continue their investigation.
