Fire crews from Portchester, Farnham, Wickham, and Bishops Waltham sprang into action this morning after smoke was spotted in the roof space of a Waltham Chase school.
Faulty Light Causes Fiery Scare
The culprit? An overheated faulty light fitting that set off the alarm just after 9.30am. Firefighters quickly contained the blaze and combed the area for any other signs of fire.
