Wembley Flood Uncovers £20,000 Cannabis Farm

A sudden flood at a Wembley property has smashed up a large-scale cannabis operation, police revealed on Monday night.

Firefighters Storm Property After Flood

Water flooded into a property on Harrow Road, prompting Fire crews and Police to rush to the scene just after 7pm. The homeowner, left shelling out for the damage, raised the alarm.

£20k Pot Farm Seized by Police

Firefighters forced entry and discovered a fully stacked cannabis grow room with a dodgy bypassed electricity supply. The Met Police confirmed officers were called by the London Fire Brigade at around 6.40pm on 31 August.

A spokesperson said: “A number of cannabis plants were discovered at the property. No arrests; enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”

Officers remain on-site, confiscating plants and growing gear as the investigation heats up.
