Machete Mob Sparks Panic at Crumpled Horn Pub
At around 8.30pm on March 10, four men stormed the Crumpled Horn pub at Eldene Centre, tearing through the venue. Two of the group were reportedly wielding machetes, sending shockwaves through the local community.
No Injuries But Police Want to Talk
Thankfully, no one was hurt during the terrifying raid. However, police are urgently seeking anyone who recognises the suspects pictured in connection with the incident.
Suspect Descriptions Released
- Man 1: Halftoned dark bomber jacket, dark jeans, light shoes, balaclava, gloves.
- Man 2: Black windbreaker, dark trousers, dark shoes with white laces, black balaclava. Both he and Man 1 were carrying machetes.
- Man 3: Dark puffer jacket, dark trousers, gloves, black shoes, balaclava with reflective logo.
- Man 4: Grey puffer jacket, black joggers with white stripe, dark trainers, carrying a backpack.
Fleeing the Scene Towards Shaftesbury Lake
The gang escaped down the cycle path heading towards Shaftesbury Lake immediately after the rampage.
