Kent Police are hunting a brazen flasher who struck in Dymchurch earlier this month. The man was spotted spying on homes and cars before exposing himself in broad daylight.

When and Where Did It Happen?

The shocking incident occurred between 7pm and 7.30pm on Saturday 5 April 2025, in the public green space at Dunkirk Close. Witnesses reported spotting a male peering into windows and vehicles before flashing.

“We are keen to speak to anyone who saw anything unusual or who may have CCTV or doorbell footage from that evening. This was a disturbing incident, and we are determined to identify the person responsible.” – Kent Police spokesperson
