Firefighters Rush to Blaze Inside Sainsbury’s ATM
Flames sparked inside an ATM at Sainsbury’s Guildhall Walk, Hampshire, tonight at 6.30pm. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service quickly responded to the emergency.
Quick Action Evacuates Customers
Crews from Southsea and Cosham raced to the scene. Eyewitnesses reported that customers were swiftly evacuated as firefighters tackled the blaze.
Fire Out in 20 Minutes, Store Reopens
The brave firefighters doused the fire in around 20 minutes. The Sainsbury’s branch reopened soon after their departure, resuming business as usual.
Investigation Underway into Cause
Authorities are now probing the cause of the fire inside the ATM. No injuries have been reported so far.
