Urgent: Missing Teen Leila Belacel Last Seen in Whitstable
Kent Police are desperate for help to find 14-year-old Leila Belacel, who disappeared from Whitstable on the evening of August 22, 2018. The last sighting was at Seaview Holiday Park near St John’s Road at around 8:50pm.

- Hair: Collar-length straight brown

- Blue ripped jeans
- Green crop top
- Black coat
