Residents Rescued from Scaffolding

About 60 residents evacuated before the fire brigade arrived, while others stayed safe in unaffected flats.

Firefighters from Greenwich, Lewisham, Deptford, Lee Green, New Cross, and nearby stations worked together to tackle the blaze.
