Woman Hospitalised After Shocking Crash in East London
A woman was rushed to hospital following a pedestrian-car collision on Silvertown Way, Canning Town, earlier today.

The smash happened at 1:38 p.m. on Saturday, December 10. Police were quickly on the scene after reports of a pedestrian being hit by a car on the major road.
Emergency Teams Respond Fast
London Ambulance Service dispatched an ambulance crew and their tactical response team. They treated the woman at the scene before taking her to hospital.
We were called at 1:38pm regarding a traffic collision between a car and a pedestrian on Silvertown Way, Canning Town,” said a London Ambulance Service spokesperson. “The woman’s injuries were not life-threatening.”
Police on Site, Investigation Underway
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson confirmed officers arrived shortly after the crash. No further details about the woman have been released.
