Man Falls from Bridge in Shocking Early Morning Incident

Kent Police were alerted at 5:52am on Friday, 14 June 2024, after a man fell from a bridge over the A2990 Old Thanet Way near Greenhill Roundabout.

Victim Seriously Injured and Rushed to London Hospital

Emergency crews found the man, believed to be in his 40s, with stab and gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a London hospital where he remains in serious condition.

Road Closure and Police Appeal

The A2990 was shut down during the investigation but reopened around 10:30am. Officers are probing the circumstances around the fall and urge anyone who witnessed the incident – or has dashcam footage from between 5:30am and 5:52am – to come forward.
