Man Arrested After Hit-and-Run Leaves Teen in Critical Condition
Detectives have swooped on a man following a hit-and-run crash that left a 16-year-old boy fighting for his life.
Early Morning Crash Shocks Southwark
The smash happened at around 2.40am on Saturday, 7 March, at Wilson Grove, SE16. Police say a car slammed into a motorbike before speeding off without stopping.
The motorbike rider, a Southwark teen, was rushed to an east London hospital. He remains in critical condition. His family have been informed.
Suspect Arrested on Attempted Murder Charge
On Monday, 9 March, a 34-year-old man was arrested in south London on suspicion of attempted murder. He is still in custody as cops continue their investigation.
