Police were called at 2.15pm on Monday, 1 November following reports of a collision on Clerkenwell Road, EC1 involving a marked police car and another car.
London Ambulance Service also attended and three women were treated at the scene.
A number of road closures were in place as emergency services responded and these have since been lifted.
Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
