London has been rocked by four brutal stabbing attacks in just three days, with two murder investigations now underway. Despite the shocking violence, police say the cases are not linked, and no arrests have been made yet.
15-Year-Old Boy Fatally Stabbed in Islington
Tragedy hit Westbourne Road, Islington, on December 9 when 15-year-old schoolboy Adam Henry was stabbed around 1pm. Rushed to hospital, Adam sadly died from his injuries.
“We will never recover from the loss and not having him in our lives,” Adam’s family mourned. “He had many interests and was always there with a smile and cheeky sense of humour. He was good-natured and loyal. While only 15 years old, the beautiful memories we have of him can never be forgotten.”
Police have yet to make any arrests in the heartbreaking case.
19-Year-Old Fighting for Life after New Cross Stabbing
Later that same day, a 19-year-old man was viciously stabbed near Clifton Rise, New Cross. He was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries and remains in critical condition.
Officers say they have no suspects in custody.
Woman Found Dead in Earl’s Court – Murder Investigation Launched
On December 11, a grim discovery was made during a welfare check at a home on Old Brompton Road, Earl’s Court. A 39-year-old woman was found dead, prompting police to launch a murder investigation.
The victim’s identity is yet to be confirmed, and her next of kin are being informed. No arrests have been made so far.
Man Stabbed in Manor Park Assault, Police Hunt Suspects
Also on December 11, a man in his 40s was attacked in Manor Park. Police responded to reports of a stabbing just after 3am on Romford Road, finding the victim with stab wounds.
He was taken to hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening. Officers believe the attack happened around 2am on nearby Jack Cornwell Street.
So far, no arrests have been reported.
London police urge anyone with information on these violent attacks to come forward as investigations continue.
