Man Stabbed to Death in Morden Flats Horror
Police rushed to London Road flats in Morden at 10.57pm on Thursday, 1 October after reports of a stabbing in a communal area. Two men were found with stab wounds when officers and the London Ambulance Service arrived.
Victim Dies at Scene, Second Man in Hospital
A 25-year-old man was pronounced dead at 11.26pm. Formal identification is pending, with next of kin being informed. A post-mortem will take place soon.
The second victim, 33, was rushed to hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Homicide Detectives Launch Murder Probe
A crime scene remains in place while Specialist Crime Command detectives investigate. No arrests have been made so far.
