Three Manchester Men Arrested After Brutal Daylight Burglary in Four Marks

Police have arrested three men following a shocking daylight burglary in Lymington Bottom, Four Marks. The incident unfolded around 12.40pm on Saturday, November 12, when the trio broke into a home and attacked the homeowner.

Homeowner, 60s, Assaulted But Alarm Scares Off Thugs

The victim, a man in his 60s, was assaulted during the break-in and suffered bruising to his head. Thankfully, he managed to trigger a panic alarm, forcing the intruders to flee the scene empty-handed.

Targeted Attack in Broad Daylight

Detective Constable Tom Prutz revealed it was a targeted attack. He urged locals who might have witnessed the crime or seen a vehicle speeding away to come forward.

“This appears to be a targeted incident which took place during daylight hours. I would appeal to anyone in the area around the time of the incident who may have seen what happened, or saw a vehicle being driven away at speed, to contact us.”

Three Arrested, All From Manchester

Three men aged 18, 20, and 31, all from Manchester, have been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary. They remain in police custody as investigations continue.
