A Maryland homeowner has sparked fury after calling U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on a roofing crew she allegedly still owes a whopping £8,500. The six men were nearly finished with the job when she snitched – and even worse, she helped ICE detain them on the spot.
Homeowner’s Sneaky ICE Sting
The shocking incident was caught on livestream by Bryan Polanco, a crew member with permanent residency who narrowly avoided arrest. The footage shows the homeowner dialing ICE as the workers wrap up, then actively assisting agents as they haul the men away.
Workers Left Stranded with Tools and Van
The six men, aged 18 to 40, were taken into custody, leaving their work van abandoned on the street. Doors flung open, thousands of pounds worth of tools were left behind, leaving the crew stranded and out of pocket.
Did Owed Cash Prompt the Snitch?
Rumours are swirling that the snitch was driven by the £8,500 she still owed the crew. Legal experts warn her actions could amount to a felony — helping with detentions while stiffing payment could land her in serious trouble.
“You need to have a truly sick mind to pull a stunt like this and ruin lives just to score a free home makeover,” said one outraged observer.
