Police Hunt Man After Woman Sexually Assaulted on East London Bus
Detectives have released a CCTV image of a man wanted in connection with a shocking sexual assault on a bus in East London.
Attack Happens on Route 236 Near Hackney Town Hall
The victim, a 53-year-old woman, was attacked at around 7.15am on Saturday, 27 June. She had just boarded a Route 236 bus heading towards Homerton when the assault took place, shortly before the bus reached the Hackney Town Hall stop.
Police Urge Public to Come Forward
The woman has been left feeling unsafe and shaken by the ordeal. Detectives are appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image to get in touch immediately.
