Teen Brutally Attacked in Southampton Alleyway – Police Hunt Suspects
Police are on the case after a teenager was violently assaulted in Southampton in the early hours of Wednesday, 18 October.
Shock Attack Near Buddha Lounge
The 18-year-old victim was walking home with his girlfriend and two friends between 1.45am and 2am. They were in an alleyway leading from the Buddha Lounge towards London Road when they bumped into a group of men.
One man allegedly confronted the victim, sparking a nasty altercation. The victim was reportedly kicked and punched by others in the group during the attack.
Serious Injuries Suffered
The teen sustained severe facial injuries, needing stitches inside his mouth and on his cheek. Police are treating the assault with urgency.
Police Release Suspect Description
The main suspect is described as:
- White male
- Early 20s
- 5’10” tall
- Stocky build
- Brown hair, worn in a “bun”
- Facial hair, but no beard
