Fourth Man Arrested Over Ashford Stabbing Murder

Police have snapped up a fourth suspect in the brutal stabbing murder of a 19-year-old in Ashford. Officers from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate swooped after a deadly assault on Brookfield Road just before 12.30pm on Saturday, 14 March 2020.

19-Year-Old Victim Dies at Scene

The young man was discovered with fatal stab wounds and pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives have seized four knives believed to be linked to the attack. A 19-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday and remains in custody.

Multiple Arrests and Ongoing Investigation

  • A 24-year-old Ashford man arrested on the day of the attack has been released on bail until 23 March.
  • Two 17-year-old boys from the area remain in custody.

Police Urge Witnesses and Dashcam Owners to Speak Up

Detectives are hunting for anyone in the Brookfield Road area near Clockhouse around 12.27pm on the day. Motorists and cyclists with dashcam footage are urged to come forward.
