Flammable Liquid Poured Through Door in Late-Night Attack

In the early hours of Monday, 23 November 2020, a masked suspect poured a flammable liquid through a letterbox on Queens Road at around 2:45am. The occupant’s front door was set ablaze, but luckily they managed to put out the fire without injury.

Police Hunt Suspect Who Fled Towards Palmer Avenue

Officers quickly launched house-to-house enquiries and reviewed CCTV footage from nearby streets. They believe the culprit ran from the scene heading towards Palmer Avenue.

Two Arrested but Released on Bail

A 40-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man, both from gravesend/" title="Gravesend" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Gravesend, were arrested in connection with the attack. They have since been released on bail pending further investigation. Their bail expires on 23 and 27 December respectively.
