At around 4.30am on Monday, 28 November, a stolen Lexus smashed into barriers on Victoria Dock Road, E16. The vehicle had been reported lost or stolen and was being chased by police just before the collision.

Two Suspects Flee and Are Caught

After the crash, two males bolted from the scene. Both were quickly apprehended by officers and rushed to hospital.

Injuries and Custody Updates

  • One man remains hospitalised with a leg injury, thankfully not life-threatening.
  • The other has been discharged and is now in police custody.
