West Midlands Police are hunting for witnesses after a gun was fired in a savage clash in Aston. The drama unfolded just after 7.45pm on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the junction of Witton Road and Endicott Road.
Suspect Treated for Stab Wounds, Arrested
Officers arrived to find the scene deserted. But forensic evidence confirmed a firearm had been discharged. Later, a 21-year-old man turned up at a local hospital with stab wounds—luckily, nothing life-threatening.
Police believe he was part of the earlier brawl. He was promptly arrested for violent disorder and is now in custody being questioned.
