Julian Peters Faces Attempted Murder Charge

A 35-year-old man, Julian Peters, has been charged following a violent attack on a police officer in south London. Peters is set to appear at Camberwell Green Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 24 October.

Police Called to Disturbance in Lynette Avenue

The incident happened just after 9pm on Tuesday, 22 October, when cops were called to reports of a man causing trouble and making threats at an address in Lynette Avenue, SW4.

Officer Injured but Not Hospitalised

The attacked officer, a woman, thankfully did not need hospital treatment after the assault. Peters now faces charges including attempted murder, making threats to kill, and possession of points and blades.
